Add the instant coffee, sugar, and cinnamon to a large bowl. If the cinnamon is clumpy, sift it briefly.
Stir or whisk for 1–2 minutes, until the color and texture look consistent throughout.
Transfer to a clean, completely dry jar. Seal tightly and keep it away from moisture and direct light.
For 1 mug, add 1–2 teaspoons of the mix. Pour in about 200 ml hot water or hot milk and stir until fully dissolved.
Use more mix for a stronger cup, or add milk for a softer taste. Give the jar a quick shake before scooping.
