Make sure the blender jar is clean and dry. Measure everything so blending goes quickly.
Pour in the milk, then add the applesauce. This helps the frozen yogurt blend more smoothly.
Spoon in the frozen yogurt and sprinkle in the cinnamon. Add a tiny pinch of salt if you like a more rounded flavor.
Blend on low for 10–15 seconds, then switch to high. Keep blending 30–60 seconds, until creamy and lump-free.
If it’s too thick, add 1–2 tablespoons milk and pulse again. If it’s too thin, add a bit more frozen yogurt and blend briefly.
Pour into glasses and serve right away. If you’re waiting a few minutes, chill the glasses in the freezer so it stays frosty.
