Grab a large punch bowl or a big pitcher. Keep the ginger ale in the fridge until the last minute so it stays bubbly.
Pour the thawed limeade concentrate into the bowl. Give it a quick stir to loosen it up.
Slowly add the cold ginger ale. Stir gently from the bottom just to combine; don’t whisk, or you’ll lose the fizz.
Add ice if you like, then pour into glasses right away. Finish with citrus slices and a few mint leaves if you want.
