Combine milk, sugar, vanilla and chocolate spread in a saucepan.
Warm over medium heat, stirring gently until the chocolate melts without boiling.
Place a gullac sheet in a baking dish and drizzle with chocolate sauce; repeat to form six layers.
When halfway through, sprinkle walnuts evenly, then continue layering sheets and sauce until used up.
Refrigerate the dessert for at least 2–3 hours to set.
Top with grated dark chocolate, a dusting of cocoa powder, optional hot chocolate powder, garnish with strawberries and cut into portions.
