In a large bowl, stir the softened cream cheese until smooth. Add the sugar and mix until it dissolves and the texture looks creamy.
Add the drained crushed pineapple, sliced bananas, and thawed, drained strawberries. Gently fold with a spatula so the fruit stays in nice pieces.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. Give it a quick gentle stir right before serving, then spoon into bowls.
