Brew the coffee. Let it cool to room temperature, then refrigerate until fully chilled.
Pour the cold coffee into a pitcher. Add the sugar and stir until it dissolves completely.
Stir in the cold milk. For a lighter, frothier texture, blend for 10–15 seconds.
Fill 4 glasses with ice. Pour in the mixture and serve right away. Taste and tweak sweetness if needed.
