Heat the oven to 400°F (200°C). If you like, lightly grease the baking dish with a tiny smear of the melted butter to help prevent sticking (without adding extra).
In a bowl, combine Parmesan, oregano, parsley, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Stir until evenly blended.
Dip each chicken breast half into the melted butter, letting the excess drip off. Press it into the Parmesan mixture so the surface is well covered.
Arrange the chicken in a single layer in the baking dish. Bake for about 25 minutes, until the thickest part is cooked through and the juices run clear. For a little extra color, you can broil for the last 1–2 minutes.
Let the chicken rest for 3–5 minutes before serving so it stays juicy.
