Boil and mash potatoes, sauté onion in a pan, then mix with potatoes.
Stir in salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes, let cool, then mix in cheese and parsley.
Combine ingredients except flour, gradually add flour and knead until soft and non-sticky.
Cover the dough and let it rest for 15–20 minutes.
Roll out portions, cut circles, place filling in center and fold in braided style.
Arrange on a lined tray, brush with egg yolk, sprinkle seeds, bake at 180°C for 20 minutes.
