Line a small pan with parchment paper so you can lift the bars out easily later.
In a saucepan over medium-low heat, stir the corn syrup and sugar until the sugar dissolves. Keep it gentle—no need for a hard boil.
Take the pan off the heat, add the peanut butter, and mix until smooth and evenly combined.
Pour into the lined pan. Use a spatula to press and level the surface so the bars hold together.
Let it sit at room temperature for about 20–30 minutes to firm up, then lift out and cut into bars.
