Combine milk, peanut butter, and honey in a bowl and whisk until smooth.
Roughly chop the nuts and cut dried fruits into small pieces, add cinnamon, and stir to combine.
Transfer mixture onto a baking tray lined with parchment paper, press evenly with lightly oiled hands.
Cut into rectangles and bake at 180°C for about 15 minutes until lightly golden. Cool and decorate with chocolate if desired.
