Mix ground beef, bulgur and spices in a bowl until well combined.
Take small portions of the mixture and roll into bite-sized meatballs.
Heat olive oil in a pot, add chopped onion and cook until translucent.
Stir in tomato paste, add cubed potatoes and pour in water.
Once potatoes are tender, add meatballs and simmer for 5 more minutes.
