For a colder punch, briefly chill the pitcher or drop in a handful of ice before you start.
Add the raspberry sherbet to the pitcher. Pour in the ginger ale slowly and stir just until it’s evenly mixed.
Pour in the soda water last. Keep the bubbles by stirring very gently—one or two turns is enough.
Add plenty of ice. Garnish with raspberries or lemon slices if you like, then serve immediately.
