Dice the pineapple (or lightly crush it for more juice). Wash the orange and lime; squeeze the juice and set aside a few slices if you’d like.
In a large pitcher or punch bowl, combine the pineapple with the orange and lime juice. Slowly pour in the cold ginger ale, then stir gently so you don’t lose too much fizz.
Add lots of ice. Serve right away, or refrigerate for 10–15 minutes so the flavors blend a bit more.
Ladle fruit and citrus slices into each glass. Give the bowl a light bottom-to-top stir now and then to keep the flavor even.
